CPCE User Account Activation

You MUST follow the following steps to perform user account activation on your new enrolment to activate your entitlement to access systems and facilities of the College.

1. Prepare the following information:

  • Student No./Staff login name
  • Initial password (For student: For queries,please refer to the information provided by the respective academic units or contact the General Office of the respective academic units.)
2. Select the 'Student' or 'Staff' in the 'User Type' field, and input your Student No. or Staff login name in the 'User Name' field, and then click 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
3. Click 'My Questions and Answers Profile' My Questions & Answers Profile
4. Input the characters you see on the picture at that page Input characters
5. Input the initial password Input initial password
6. Setup your security questions and answers profile Security questions and answers
7. Follow the password policy to setup your own password
(* User is required to change the password on a yearly basis)
